When writing file name assumes single period (extension) in name.
When the file name is rebuilt for the resulting translation(s) the application assumes that on one period could be in the filename. For example, when translating the file 'my.resourse.resx' for Spanish the file name is truncated at 'my' resulting in a
file name of 'my.de.resx', not the correct file name of 'my.resourse.es.resx'.
Solution: Use the .NET Path class to dissect and rebuild the filename.
